Shipping & Delivery

All orders are shipped via USPS Mail and include tracking and insurance. Each piece is carefully packed using protective materials to help ensure it arrives safely.

Once your package leaves my studio, I no longer have control over the postal system. That said, I take great care in choosing a reliable carrier and in packaging your pottery securely for shipment.

Tracking information is provided for every order.

Damaged Items During Shipping

While damage is rare, please inspect your package upon arrival.

If your item arrives damaged, contact me within 3 days of delivery.

Please do not discard any packaging or broken pieces, as they are required for the USPS insurance process.

I will guide you through the next steps and let you know exactly which photos are needed. Once the required information is received, I will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
