Shipping, Damage & Returns Policy
Shipping
All orders ship via USPS and include tracking and insurance. Each piece is carefully packed with protective materials to help ensure safe delivery. Tracking information is provided for every order.
Damaged Items
While damage is rare, please inspect your package upon arrival.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact me within 3 days of delivery.
Please do not discard any packaging or broken pieces, as they are required for the insurance process. I will let you know exactly which photos are needed and will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
If damage occurs during shipping, I cover all related shipping costs, and you will receive either a replacement or a full refund.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.
• Items must be returned unused and in original condition
• No exchanges
• Refunds include the item price plus applicable sales tax
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable
Because orders ship free, returns that are not due to an error on my part will have the actual outbound shipping cost deducted from the refund, up to a maximum of 20% of the item price. Return shipping for these returns is the responsibility of the customer.
No deductions apply to items that arrive damaged, defective, or not as described.
Refunds are issued after the returned item is received and inspected.
